This is the first edition of the jhr Rights Report, a weekly 15 minute segment and podcast on human rights issues going on around the world. This week, the Rights Report looks at this year’s World Press Photo Exhibit and speaks with Dr. Frank Chalk from the Montreal Institute for Genocide and Human Rights Studies about mobilizing the will to intervene and stop mass atrocities before they occur.
